My family has been in restaurants since the 1990s. I watched them get squeezed by platforms that took 30% and called it a service. Famished is commission-free ordering with AI-native discovery — built by someone who grew up in the industry, and previously bootstrapped a company to $1M+ revenue with a 30-person global team.
Restaurants pay 30% to DoorDash. We charge zero. Famished is the AI-native food OS — commission-free ordering paired with Generative Engine Optimization that gets restaurants discovered through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and voice search. The platform that works for restaurants and diners, not the marketplace.
After building Famished's AI stack, I built the environment I wished had existed. ANIMYST is a multi-agent development runtime — a terminal-native IDE for orchestrating AI agents across Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google simultaneously. Four isolated agent panels, full parameter control, Git integration. Built from production experience, not theory.
An open-source F1 intelligence system powered by Claude. I'm a lifelong F1 fan — so when I needed a real-world testbed for Claude-powered tool use and RAG architecture, I built something I'd actually use every day. Ask anything about lap times, race strategy, or driver careers — the AI selects the right tool, fetches live or historical data, and returns a grounded answer. Backed by OpenF1, Jolpica, and an indexed FIA regulations corpus spanning 1950 to today.
