Built on Grit

I grew up in a family where food, technology, and philosophy were dinner table topics. My grandfather built one of the first online bookstores before Amazon, created rare book libraries, and founded Food For Life, to feed thousands of children. I was on the web before my friends knew what a computer was, and giving back to my community before I understood the meaning of service.

My parents were entrepreneurs in the Los Angeles restaurant scene since the early 1990s and multiple business owners. They touched lives through food, and I saw first hand, both the hardships and the rewards of forging your own path.

I learned early that conviction, persistence, and execution transforms ideas into movements.

Entrepreneurship has always been a way of seeing the world.

Perspective

After attending eleven schools across two countries, I dropped out of college to build companies. Worked with the Google Lanuchpad and GSV Lab programs in SF, taught myself to design, code, lead teams, tested markets, raised capital and always strive to solve challenges. I have sharpened myself thorough the lessons learned by building for millions of people.

Constant change taught me to adapt, compete, and thrive. Resilience remains my edge as a founder.

Outside startups, I speak 3 languages, love hiking with my dog, I’m a former kickboxing champion, a pro photographer, student of Vedic philosophy and enjoy riding my motorcycle on Angeles Crest.

Whether in the ring, on a motorcycle, or behind a camera, I bring the same discipline and drive I bring to company building.
