Website Wins

I'v helped restaurants win online by building their sites using startup product design with growth hacking strategies leading to over 100% increase in customers, $30,000 increase in sales in some cases.

For Victory Caffe, I targeted “Breakfast in Van Nuys,” which landed them on the first page.

At Acai Grill, I optimized for “Healthy food in Glendale,” leading to a strong lift in revenue and customer volume.

With Hail Mary Pizza, I went after “Sourdough Pizza LA” and scaled their online ordering to $30,000+ per month.

People's Champ

Simple web app that puts the fight schedule where fans actually live — their calendar.

With one tap, UFC fans subscribe to a live updating .ics feed that syncs into Google, Apple, or Outlook. The app scrapes event data, feeds it into dynamic calendar logic, and makes fight night impossible to miss.

Built and shipped solo on Replit, it pairs a sleek dark UI with a single unapologetic CTA: Subscribe to UFC Calendar.

I built this because I kept missing fights I actually wanted to see - found that there wasn't a calendar app for sports. As a growth experiment I seeded the link in niche streaming communities to test organic distribution. Check back in a few weeks and I will share the results.

Venice Vibez

Simple, great-tasting CBD tea launched before the market got crowded. Partnering with Damien and Stephen Marley, I debuted the company at the 420 Festival in Miami with an unapologetically straightforward product that cut through the noise.

The distribution strategy leaned on cultural credibility and events over retail shelves, making Venice Vibez an early, ahead-of-its-time entry in the CBD beverage space.
